Anna Menyhért

Anna Menyhért is a senior Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Research Fellow at the University of Amsterdam. Previously she worked at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, as the Principal Investigator of the Trauma and Gender in Literature and Culture Research Group. Her interdisciplinary research interests include digital/cultural trauma studies, social media research, cultural studies, memory studies, literary studies, women’s literature, life writing and creative writing. Her monograph, titled ‘20th Century Women Writers and the Canon: The Hungarian Case’ will appear in the ‘Women Writers in History’ series at Brill/Rodopi in 2019. Her books include ‘A Free Woman’, a bestselling fictional biography on the life of Renée Erdős.
