Roman Dobrokhotov

Roman Dobrokhotov is a Russian journalist, senior correspondent of Slon.ru portal, researcher of political science and political activist. Since 2004 he has been the leader of ‘Walking without Putin’ political movement (formerly known as ‘We’) and a member of the political committee of the Federal Solidarnost movement. He graduated from the department of political science of MGIMO and completed his doctorial studies at the Moscow Higher School of Economics. He worked as the economic affairs editor in Novye izvestiia and hosted political debates at Govorit Moskva radio station. He is known for having interrupted President Medvedev during his speech on the 15th anniversary of the Russian constitution in the Kremlin on 12 December 2008.
